We want you to be totally satisfied with your MasculineCraft.com purchase, However we understand that sometimes a product you purchase just doesn't work out. We want to make the return process as convenient as possible for you and we will gladly help you with the process.
Please contact our Customer care at 1 (844) 707 1133 or email us at email@example.com and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once an RMA is issued, you have 10 days to return the product to us. Products cannot be returned without this authorization number.
We accept returns within 30 days of invoice date as long as there’s at least 80% of the product remaining. Please note: This applies to grooming products only; Safety razors and straight razors cannot be returned or exchanged due to sanitary reasons.

Damaged or Missing Products
All claims for damaged, defective or missing product(s) must be filed with Masculine Craft Customer Care within 3 business days of receiving your order. Please contact us immediately at 1 (844) 707 1133 if you receive a damaged order, product or if you are missing an item in your order. We will either track your package or replace the damaged or missing items at our expense. In the event your product(s) arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the affected product to Customer Care at firstname.lastname@example.org; this will help our team determine what went wrong. For exchanges, all damaged items must be sent to our offices for a new unit replacement.
