Order Fulfillment

Orders are processed through our system every business day at 10.00 AM CST. All orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will be processed the next business day.

Please allow 1-2 additional business days for your order to be fulfilled and shipped.

During high-volume sale periods such as Father's Day or Christmas, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to ship.

Expedited orders are processed through our system every business day at 3:00 PM CST. All expedited orders placed after 3:00 PM CST will be processed the next business day.

Overnight orders are processed every business day at 2:00 PM CST. All Overnight orders placed after 2 PM CST will ship the following day.

Business days are Monday through Friday. Business days do not include weekends or national holidays. Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be totally satisfied with your MasculineCraft.com purchase, However we understand that sometimes a product you purchase just doesn't work out. We want to make the return process as convenient as possible for you and we will gladly help you with the process.

Please contact our Customer care at 1 (844) 707 1133 or email us at customercare@masculinecraft.com and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once an RMA is issued, you have 10 days to return the product to us. Products cannot be returned without this authorization number.

We accept returns within 30 days of invoice date as long as there’s at least 80% of the product remaining. Please note: This applies to grooming products only; Safety razors and straight razors cannot be returned or exchanged due to sanitary reasons.

Damaged or Missing Products

All claims for damaged, defective or missing product(s) must be filed with Masculine Craft Customer Care within 3 business days of receiving your order. Please contact us immediately at 1 (844) 707 1133 if you receive a damaged order, product or if you are missing an item in your order. We will either track your package or replace the damaged or missing items at our expense. In the event your product(s) arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the affected product to Customer Care at customercare@masculinecraft.com; this will help our team determine what went wrong. For exchanges, all damaged items must be sent to our offices for a new unit replacement.

What are business days?

Business days are “regular” business operating days, Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Saturday and Sunday.

How do I know my package has shipped?

When orders are packed in our warehouse in Richardson, Texas, order details with a tracking number will be emailed to you. The tracking number allows you to see where your package is and when it will land on your doorstep.

Please note it may take up to 48 hours for tracking to display on the carrier’s site. There may be several days when it appears your package is not moving to its destination. The tracking of your package is only updated when it reaches the next distribution center.

How did my package ship?

A tracking number with 22 digits means your package shipped with USPS. A tracking number starting with “1Z” means your package shipped via UPS. All orders with free standard shipping will ship via USPS and UPS. The carrier we use to ship your order is dependent on the weight and its destination. Any order shipping to a PO box, APO/DPO, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico which will ship with USPS.

Why does my USPS tracking number state 1-Day, 2-Day, 3-Day Delivery? Is it expedited?

USPS updated their shipping policy to reflect their new estimated transit times across the nation. This estimated time does not necessarily indicate expedited service.

Why did one order ship UPS and another order ship USPS?

The weight and size of the order determines how your order shipped. Heavier orders, in general, ship via UPS while lighter orders ship with USPS.

Expedited orders are shipped UPS or USPS dependent on the weight and its destination.

Expedited orders shipped to a P O Box, APO/DPO, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam and other US territories will ship with USPS Priority Mail.

How long will my package take to arrive?

Your order is being packed and shipped from our warehouse in Richardson, Texas. Orders with standard shipping will take approximately 5 to 10 business days to be delivered.

Why is my tracking number not updating?

    If the tracking has not updated, it might mean the package hasn’t yet been picked up.

    Orders are generally processed and shipped within 48 hours.

    Tracking information will be updated once the packages have been scanned into the system at the carrier’s distribution center.

What do I do if my package does not arrive in the estimated timeframe?

All standard orders take 3 to 10 business days to land on your doorstep. The estimated time of delivery can be delayed due to weather and/or road conditions. The carrier’s web site will often state if packages are being delayed due to weather.

Inclement Weather Conditions

If your part of the country and/or transportation lanes are experiencing severe weather or a natural disaster, the delivery of your package may be delayed. Our carriers will post any delays due to weather or a natural disaster on their web site.

Gift Cards

How Are Gift Cards Delivered?

Physical Gift Cards

Masculine Craft Gift Cards purchased at masculinecraft.com and through 1.844.707.1133 are delivered via regular mail. Complimentary for free Standard Shipping or $14.99 for Overnight Shipping per shipping address.

For shipments that contain Gift Cards and other items: shipping and handling charges will be calculated based upon the total amount of the merchandise purchased. Gift Card amounts are not included in the calculation of shipping and handling charges.

e-Gift Cards

E-Gift Cards are delivered via email. The sender’s name and email address are included for the recipient. There is no charge for email delivery.

Where Can I Redeem a Gift Cards?

All Masculine Craft gift cards are redeemable online only at masculinecraft.com and cannot be used at any other retail store or website. Gift cards can be redeemed only for merchandise and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Are gift cards refundable?

Once the gift card has been e-mailed, it is non-refundable. If the intended recipient does not receive their e-card email or accidentally deletes it, we are happy to resend the e-gift card. Please call customer care at 1-844-707-1133 or email: customercare@masculinecraft.com

Do these cards expire or have any fees?

Our gift cards do not have an expiration date or fees. We recommend that you redeem it soon after you receive it, so you don't forget.

How do I place redeem a Gift Card?

The e-gift card alert message is sent to the recipient on the date you choose. The delivery date is pre-set to the current date, so if you do not select a different date, the alert message is sent on the same day as your purchase.

Can I send two (or more) e-gift cards to two (or more) different people?

Yes, you may create and send multiple gift cards to multiple recipients all in one purchase.
